Requisite Qualification
1. Chartered Accountant/ Semi Qualified Chatered Accountant with 5 years of experience.
2. Company Secretaries/ Semi Qualified Company Secretaries with 5 years experience.
3. Experienced B.Com with 10 years of experience.
Role & responsibilities
1. Completed Articleship (applicable for CA candidates)
2. Prior experience of finalization of Accounts ,Statutory Audit, ITR Filing , Tax Audits, GST Filing, ROC Filings.
3. Leadership skills for independently handling above upto completion and mentoring Team of juniors.
4. Good drafting skills in English.
5. Prior experience of working with software and digital platforms (Compu Tax,Tally, MS Office, Google Sheets).
Preferred candidate profile would include the following:
6. Experience of handling litigations/ Govt authorities.
7. Experience in Bank Stock Audit andConcurrent Audit.
8. ROC filings and drafting of deeds, resolutions, agreements.
9. Bank CMA data for Bank financing
